1. The Problem of Glass Industry Wastewater
In the modern industrial landscape, the glass industry plays a vital role in providing essential products for various applications. However, the production processes in this industry often generate significant amounts of wastewater, posing a serious environmental challenge. Our advanced wastewater purification system is specifically designed to address this issue and ensure the sustainable operation of the glass industry.
Glass manufacturing involves a series of processes such as melting, shaping, and annealing, which result in wastewater containing a complex mixture of contaminants. These contaminants may include suspended solids, heavy metals, chemicals, and organic matter. If not properly treated, this wastewater can have detrimental effects on the environment, including water pollution, harm to aquatic life, and disruption of ecological balance.
2. Glass Industry Waste Water Purification Solution
The treatment procedure of this system involves gathering the wastewater discharged from various glass edger machines, beveling & mitering machines, drill machines, sanding machines, CNCs, etc. into a wastewater pool. An aeration device is installed at the bottom of the wastewater collection pool to prevent the glass fines from easily settling at the bottom. The integrated reaction tank combines water pumping, dosing, reaction and drainage.
The treated clean water is discharged into the clean water tank for reuse in the glass grinding edge process. This can significantly reduce the clogging and damage of the water outlet nozzle of the glass grinding edge machine, extend the machine's service life, and enhance the grinding efficiency. The solid waste processed by the efficient integrated reaction tank is discharged into the sludge pool and then pumped by a diaphragm pump to the filter press to be compressed into a solid glass plate. The solid glass plate can be directly dealt with subsequently to prevent environmental pollution.
