2. Wastewater treatment process
The treatment process of this system is to collect wastewater discharged from multiple glass edging machine or beveling machine, drill machine, CNC etc into a wastewater collection pool, an aeration system is installed at the bottom of the wastewater collection pool to prevent glass powder from settling at the bottom of the pool and ensuring glass powder’s concentration distribute more evenly in the water. Compared to traditional sedimentation devices, this aeration system can let all glass powder pump to the integrated reaction tank for wastewater treatment. The wastewater is pumped to the integrated reaction tank, at the same time, the flocculant-mixed wastewater is pumped to the integrated reaction tank through the dosing system for wastewater treatment. The integrated reaction tank integrates water pumping, dosing, reaction, and drainage. The treated clean water is discharged to the clean water collection pool for glass edge grinding, which can greatly reduce the blockage and damage of the water nozzle of the glass edge grinding machine, extend the service life of the machine and improve the edge grinding efficiency. The solid waste treated by the efficient integrated reaction tank is discharged into the sludge collection pool. and then pumped to the filter press to press it into a solid glass cake. the filtered clean water can be discharged to the wastewater collection pool or clean water collection pool.
